As good (if not better) than any salon shampoo/conditioner. I use the shampoo and conditioner and they leave my hair wonderfully soft, very manageable and smelling great!

Absolutely gorgeous and I only need to use a tiny amount in comparison to other shampoos. It left my hair smelling wonderful and the smell travelled all around the house. I felt like I was having a morning at the spa!

My dandruff problem has greatly improved too. It's great to find a product for dandruff that actually smells good. I have finally found my favorite hair products! I would love for these products to be available in larger sizes.
Atari 05/05/07 This is it. after trying natrual shampoo after natural shampoo with disapointing results, (not powerful enough, made my hair dry) I found this at Rainbow grocery in San Francisco. I admit, it was the smell that made me buy it. But with in a week my scalp began feeling alive again. i cut off all my hair and started from scrach with this stuff. 9 months later... my hair is really getting long again, but its healthier than i've ever had it. I don't find big clumps of hair in the drain anymore. and my scalp never itches like crazy. how do you do it MGA?

After literally wasting money on countless products, it's nice to know that some companies are conscious and serious. After wasting my money on storebought organic shampoo and conditioners, I have finally found the hair products that I've been looking for with Max Green Alchemy. My hair now has the same look and feel as I had with my former salon products and what's more, MGA is paraben free and actually costs less than I was spending on salon products in the past! Heather 01/02/07 I had ordered a shampoo and conditioner and I swear you all must have used some sort of super power to get it here since at most it took 2 days. I think this is the same super power that was used to make the products. I'm a stylist so I've tried a lot and nothing ever worked to make my scalp feel more comfortable and lined up with my ethics(I'm vegan) before now. So I just wanted to say thank you.

Val 28/11/06 I have used so many different shampoos that made claims to help prevent itchy and flaky scalp to no help whatsoever! I would have greasy hair with flaky itchy scalp for years! Then I tried a small sample of this Scalp Rescue Shampoo by Max Green Alchemy. After my first few uses I knew I would have to buy more before running out of the small sample as it works! For the first time in years my hair is clean and healthy and my head has not itched and no flaky scalp. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS I am getting complimetns on my hair! Lydia Houston 05/09/06 For scalp psoriasis this is the best shampoo I have ever used. It is the ONLY shampoo that I can use every day. My scalp psoriasis has cleared 80%. Also, it leaves my hair shiny and good-looking. I would always use psoriasis meds at bedtime, then wash with other shampoos in the morning, but as soon as I washed, the psoriasis was worse than ever. Not any more with Scalp Rescue Shampoo. Love it!

I have been searching for a shampoo that was organic and works for two years now. This is the only product I have found that truly is scalp rescue in a bottle. I love this stuff!

I'm African American and I have a really hard time finding products that work in my hair, because it's thick and wavy and I dont relax it. These products work so well you have a customer for life. Irene Nieves 04/02/06 Over 2 years ago I was diagnosed as having a mild form of gutte psoraisis, which caused my scalp to itch and flake. As a vegetarian and compassionate consumer, I have always chosen to use products that were good for me as well as the environment. I have been using Scalp Rescue Shampoo and Conditioner for over 2 years now, and I wouldn't use anything else. In fact my entire family is now using the shampoo and conditioner and they just absolutely love it! My scalp hasn't itched or flaked since I've been using MGA products. People are always commenting on how silky soft and shiny my hair is, which in turn gives me the opportunity to tell them all about Max Green Alchemy. Roswitha Graser 04/02/06 It's refreshing to finally find a no nonsense shampoo with only good ingredients for my hair. There are too many products coined as 'natural' and 'organic', selling in health food stores, containing harsh chemicals that I have read one should avoid. After a health conscious decision to rid my bathroom of all that I researched on-line and discovered the MGA line, almost one of the only 'really' pure lines available. I am so happy with the results of not only the shampoo, but also the condtioner and the styling gell. My hair feels clean and free of years of residue but not stripped to the point of dryness. I also realize what a favor I am doing to my scalp because it got irritated at times with all the products I used to use. Kudos to MGA for having created this line and look forward to more. Could you also consider creating eye make-up remover and hairspray?
Christal Janis 02/02/06 This shampoo has is a delight to use. When I wash my hair the object for me is to clean with a nurturing product that leaves it smelling pleasant at the same time. The scalp rescue obtained both goals without a doubt. I am grateful for the opportunity to have a product that does is safe and affordable. Prior to using this product I spent a considerable amount of time researching different products that claimed to be natural or non toxic. This is one of the few that truly live up to that claim. Thank you for your efforts in keeping your product organic.
Kimberly Wilton 30/01/06 I have long, naturally curly hair and finding quality product for my hair, especially vegan product, is extremely difficult. Scalp Rescue Shampoo provided instant results for me. After the first use, I could feel the difference Scalp Rescue was making with my hair. Since using this product, my hair is softer, more manageable, and my curls separate perfectly. Best of all, I know that I am putting nothing but pure vegan products on my hair and it works better than any salon-style shampoo on the market.
