| Making A Purchase It's pretty easy to place an order. Once you've decided on the items you'd like to buy, click on 'add to cart' on the relevant product pages and enter the quantity you'd like. The cart at the bottom left of the screen shows you the running total of your order as you go along, including delivery, so there's no nasty surprises when it's time to pay. Once you're happy with the order, click on 'checkout now' and we'll ask you a few questions so that we can process the order; don't worry, we won't ask for your inside leg measurement! |
| Shipping And Handling We try to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum, so that we only pass on to you the costs of sending out your order. Our postage and packaging charges are based on the size and weight of your order. Most orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post. However, if your order is over 1kg, we may use a courier which may require a signature. Our postage costs are: Up to 100g £1.25 101g - 500g £2.50 501g - 1kg £3.25 1kg - 2kg £5.00 Over 2kg £8.00 |
| Delivery Schedule Once your order has been placed, we aim to despatch it within 1 - 2 working days. However, please allow 7 - 10 working days for your order to arrive. If you need your order by a certain day, let us know and we'll do our best to deliver it on time. This may involve an additional cost for postage, but we'll advise you of it before posting. We know that it's not always possible for you to be at home to receive the delivery, so let us know if there's an alternative address where you'd like the order to be sent to. Neighbours are great for this and it's a good excuse to invite them round for a cuppa (or maybe something stronger:0). |
| Back Orders If, for any reason, we are unable to supply your order as quickly as we'd hoped, we'll contact you and discuss your options. This means that we can 'back order' it so that we'll send it out as soon as we can, cancel the order, or supply an alternative, if you wish. We will only charge your card when your order is ready for despatch. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee We guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product be faulty or incorrectly supplied it will be replaced. Please see the returns policy below. We will also replace any item within 30 days of purchase providing it is returned unopened and it in a re-saleable condition. | Returns Policy Returns Policy We will do our very best to ensure that you receive the products that you have ordered in the best possible condition. However, should you have any reason to be disappointed in your order, we will do everything we can to put the situation right. The postal address for any returns described below is: Eco-a-go-go Ltd, Coedfryn, Glanwern, Borth, Ceredigion SY24 5LU. Before returning anything, please email us at: info@eco-a-go-go.co.uk, or call us on: 01970 871 276, so we can go through the options with you. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order is faulty, or we have supplied the wrong products, we will happily cover the cost of return postage. All we ask is that you return the items by Royal Mail second class post and ask for a Certificate of Posting. This way we are able to keep our costs down and if the parcel gets lost, we have a better chance of finding it. It's really helpful if you enclose a copy of your invoice too, along with a note to say why you're returning the items. If you've asked for the products to be exchanged, we'll get the replacements to you as soon as possible. We'll also cover the cost of postage. If you've decided to order an alternative product, there may be an additional charge involved, but we'll advise you of it before posting. If you want a refund, we will refund the cost and you carriage expenses to the credit/debit card used when you placed the order. Cancellation of Order If, for any reason, you would like to return your order which has been correctly supplied by us, we are happy to accept it. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to us in their original condition and ideally in their original packing with a copy of the invoice and a note explaining that you are returning the items for a refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid. Eco-a-go-go will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. As a minimum we recommend you obtain a receipt of postage. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card. If you require a replacement product this will be despatched as soon as possible, please note there will be a carriage charge which we will advise you of by email. Because of the nature of our products, once an item has been opened and used we are only able to accept it back if it is faulty. Sorry :0) In Summary: Eco-a-go-go will refund or replace any products if: 1. They are faulty or incorrectly supplied ( we will refund the item and carriage costs, or replace the item and cover carriage costs ) 2. They were purchased direct from us within the last 30 days, and a. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in re-saleable condition b. They are returned with a copy of the invoice and an explanatory note c. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. d.
